Why is my FiveM server not listed?

Overview
If your server is not visible in the FiveM server list, check these three things.
Step-by-Step Instructions
<ol><li>License key issue: check that your license key is not used by another server. Keys from resellers are sometimes sold multiple times.</li><li>Configuration issue: make sure the #sv_master1 "" line in server.cfg stays commented out.</li><li>Check that your server name is configured correctly.</li></ol>
