MTA:SA Server Hosting 10-40ms from Singapore
Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas server hosting from our Singapore data center, with direct SGIX peering into Sri Lankan ISPs. Every MTA server includes 17 Tbit DDoS protection, automated backups, full file and resource access, and no player slot limits. Run a roleplay city, a freeroam server, a race server, or a deathmatch community on high-clock CPUs that keep the Lua resource layer responsive even with heavy gamemodes installed. Deploy in 60 seconds, manage everything from the control panel, and get 24/7 support from engineers who actually play on the servers they run.
Ping from where your players are
Servers run from our Singapore data center with direct SGIX peering, so South Asian players connect through a short, stable path instead of routing to Europe or the US.
| From | Typical latency |
|---|---|
| Singapore (data center, SGIX peering) | <1 ms |
| Colombo, Sri Lanka | ~40 ms |
| Sri Lanka mobile — Dialog, SLT-Mobitel, Hutch | 35-45 ms |
| Europe | 180-250 ms |
| United States | 250-350 ms |
What Is the Best MTA:SA Server Hosting?
Low Ping for South Asia
Our Singapore data center peers directly with Sri Lankan ISPs via SGIX. Players on Dialog, SLT-Mobitel and Hutch connect at 35-45ms, which is the difference between a clean drift and a desync.
No Slot Limits
MTA servers are capped by your RAM and CPU, not by an artificial slot count. Start a 32-slot roleplay city and grow to hundreds of concurrent players on the same plan tier.
Full Resource Access
Upload, edit and reload MTA resources over SFTP or the file manager. No locked-down directories and no restrictions on custom gamemodes, maps or client-side scripts.
MySQL Databases Included
Most MTA gamemodes need a database for accounts, vehicles and logs. Provision MySQL from the panel and connect your resources without paying for a separate database host.
Automated Backups
Scheduled backups of your server files and resources with rolling retention. Take a manual snapshot before a big gamemode update so a broken resource never wipes a community.
DDoS Protection
17 Tbit/s always-on mitigation tuned for game traffic, included on every plan. MTA servers are a common target for booter attacks, and yours stays online through them.
What MTA Server Types Can I Run?
Roleplay City
Run a GTA:SA roleplay server with custom jobs, factions and economy scripts. Roleplay gamemodes are database-heavy, so start on a higher RAM tier if you expect a busy city.
Freeroam
Classic freeroam with vehicle spawning, custom maps and admin tools. Light on resources and a good fit for a starter plan while you build a player base.
Racing
Circuit, drift and rally servers with custom tracks. Racing gamemodes are latency-sensitive, which is why hosting in Singapore matters more than raw CPU here.
Deathmatch & Arena
Fast round-based gamemodes with custom weapon sets and maps. High tick performance keeps hit registration honest under load.
Stunt & Map Servers
Custom map rotations with large client-side downloads. Generous NVMe storage means you are not trimming your map pack to fit.
Community & Events
Seasonal events, tournaments and community nights. Dedicated CPU resources keep performance stable when the whole Discord shows up at once.

Questions,
answered
01. How much RAM does an MTA:SA server need?
A small freeroam or race server runs comfortably on 2-4 GB. A roleplay city with a database, custom resources and 50+ concurrent players is better on 8 GB or more. You can upgrade at any time without reinstalling.
02. Can I install custom MTA resources and gamemodes?
Yes. You get full file access over SFTP plus a file manager in the control panel, so you can upload resources, edit meta.xml, and restart the server from the panel. There are no restrictions on custom gamemodes.
03. Where are the servers located?
Our MTA servers run from our Singapore data center with direct peering into Sri Lankan ISPs via SGIX. Players in Sri Lanka get 35-45ms, and the rest of South and Southeast Asia is similarly close.
04. Is DDoS protection included?
Yes, 17 Tbit/s always-on DDoS mitigation is included on every plan at no extra cost. MTA servers are frequent targets for attack booters, so this is not an optional add-on.
05. Do I get a MySQL database?
Yes. You can provision a MySQL database from the control panel and connect your gamemode resources to it. This is what most roleplay and economy gamemodes expect.
06. How fast is setup?
Your server is provisioned in under 60 seconds after payment. You receive the control panel login and server IP immediately, and you can upload your resources straight away.
07. Can I move my existing MTA server to CyberNex?
Yes. Send us your server files and database dump and we will migrate them for you, usually with under 30 minutes of downtime. Migration assistance is free on all plans.
