How to Create a Database for Your Game Server

Overview

Many game resources and frameworks (such as FiveM ESX) require their own MySQL database.

Step-by-Step Instructions

<ol><li>In the Control Panel, click on Database.</li><li>Click NEW DATABASE.</li><li>Enter a Database Name. Leave the Connections From field empty.</li><li>Click CREATE DATABASE.</li></ol>

Connections From

Always leave Connections From empty (% wildcard). Changing it to a specific IP will block connections from your game server.

Info

You can view your credentials anytime by clicking the eye icon next to the database.
