Enter a steam account token for GMOD

Overview
A Steam Game Login Token is required, otherwise the server crashes shortly after starting.
Step-by-Step Instructions
<ol><li>Go to steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers and log in with your Steam account.</li><li>At the bottom of the page, enter 4000 for the App ID (that is Garry's Mod).</li><li>At the memo you can enter whatever you want, then click Create.</li><li>Copy the Game Login Token.</li><li>In the game panel, go to Startup and paste the token into Steam Account Token.</li><li>Start the server.</li></ol>
